I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. I asked about a bottle of soda that cost ₹18 and simply requested clarification about the ₹2 difference. Instead of explaining politely that restaurants often charge more than MRP, the staff member named Subhash responded with rudeness and arrogance. His tone was disrespectful, and he even used inappropriate language. I understand that restaurants may charge differently, but the way it was communicated was unacceptable. This kind of behavior leaves a very bad impression. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
