I had a very disappointing experience at the Bandra Terminus IRCTC Restaurant. The food was bland, cold, and stale. The service was slow and rude. The hygiene was poor and the place was dirty. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is a waste of money and time. Avoid this place at all costs.
