Ira's Kitchen and Tearoom is an amazing place. The staff is super kind and very quick with the orders. You can really feel the warmth in the way they serve. The quantity of the food is great honestly more than enough. The food itself is delicious and feels healthy too. I tried their stuffed besan chilla, mushroom grilled sandwich, tea, coffee, and butter toast everything was very tasty and the portions were generous. The ambience in the morning was beautiful. Very peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and overall a really positive vibe space to sit and enjoy your meal. And to the owner if you are reading this, please give your staff a salary hike. This restaurant serves interesting Ayurvedic and millets-based foods. The ambience outdoors is quite pleasing in the morning, it feels quite relaxing. The service is quite good as well with the staff helping out with recommendations. Food: We ordered Stuffed Besan Chilla and Crunchy Millets Bowl with Coconut Cream. Both were good. The millets bowl was a bit monotonous after a point as you would be overwhelmed by the coconut cream/milk and the repetitive texture of millets after a while. Stuffed Besan Chilla was quite good. Had a few veggies but it was a bit mild or subtle in flavour. Service: Quite good staff, helpful with recommendations. Atmosphere: Outdoors seating, really peaceful and nice vibes overall. Overall, an interesting restaurant to try out in Tapovan (Rishikesh) for Ayurvedic and millets-based foods. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: As far as I remember, the entire menu was vegetarian. Vegan options were available too as far as I recall.
