Overall, the food and ambience were good, and we enjoyed the dinner. However, I had one disappointing experience. We ordered sabji, and the quantity was more than enough for two people, so we asked to pack the extra portion. The staff charged an additional parcel/packing fee for that, which didn’t feel fair because we had already paid the full amount for the food along with extra GST. Charging extra just to pack the remaining food that we already paid for is not a good practice and affects the overall experience. I hope the management looks into this and improves their customer service policy. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹400–600
