Please DO NOT FALL FOR the GOOD REVIEWS they are only based off the sake of brand name and NOT QUALITY. In their menu they write "No laptop, No charging points, No carry bags, No outside food, No free advice". But they forgot to mention, "No food quality, No service quality" it seems. Because on the tables, to my utter surprise- there's no cutlery, no salt, no sugar and NOT EVEN GLASSES FOR WATER. And when you ASK THEM for plain drinking WATER, they will give it you filled in a USED BISLERI BOTTLE, saying it's filtered water, god knows how many times it must have been reused! Can they not afford glasses even for such hefty prices as 150 rupees for an omlette pav??? Even a dhaba or roadside stall has that much decency. And how many times will you call the waiter to ask for each item like salt or sugar or water- individually, kyuki waiter hi available nahi hai even with little to no customers; the waiter is busy minding his own business. A guy next to me waited for his bill for 20 minutes straight after finishing his meal; even I felt his frustration. "IRANI CAFE" bas naam hi sun ne mai achha lagta hai. Baaki Indian Hotels and INDIAN HOSPITALITY IS THE BEST. Regret spending even a rupee here. Also the "Irani Chai" which they're known for was EXTREMELY BLAND.
