Basis etiquette and mannerism in staff is missing. My UPI payment was getting failed as receivers server was busy i showed them the message and even after reading the entire message the person on reception was making statement that i don’t have balance in my a/c. No where attitude was to understand the issue and help with the alternative solutions. I was a frequent visitor of this restaurant but after this incidence I have stopped.
