Located in a congested Ashok Vihar lane, invitation is a typical Delhi North Indian restaurant serving standard punjabi food. We ordered the veg tandoori platter, shahi mutton, malai kofta, butter nan, pudina paratha and missi roti. Tandoori platter was decent, paneer malai tikka and bharwa aloo being good. Main course was bad, shahi mutton was tough and chewy, malai kofta had hard koftas, pudina paratha was very salty. Prices are on the higher side and totally not worth. Avoidable. A Memorable Dining Experience – Tasty Food and Cozy Ambience I got the chance recently to eat at invitation restaurant, and honestly, it was one of my best meals I've had recently. From entering, the warmth of the establishment was palpable. The atmosphere was warm, the lighting inviting, the tunes just right in terms of noise level, and the personnel offered us smiles along with friendly greetings and excellent service. We began with a few appetizers, among them their signature, which was incredibly flavorful and presented exquisitely. For my main meal, I had the and it was absolutely perfect—tender, flavorful, and served alongside an understated but lovely vegetable dish. My eating companion had the [Another Main Course], which was no less impressive. The servings were generous but not overindulgent, and each morsel felt carefully prepared. One of the evening's pleasures was dessert. The was decadent and rich, with perfect balance of sweetness. It is obvious that the kitchen crew is proud of their work, from presentation to palate. Service throughout the evening was attentive but not obtrusive. Our server checked in enough to know that we had what we needed, and they provided useful recommendations from the menu. The cost was reasonable for the presentation and quality of the food, and we found the overall value to be excellent. It's not a place to eat—it's a place to enjoy and savor. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family meal, or a night out with friends, INVITATION RESTAURANT is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹400–600
