I recently visited Intactu Hotel and had a disappointing experience. 1. The service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time for even basic items. 2. The food quantity was quite less for the price charged. 3. One of the waiters was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience worse. 4. A major concern is the service charge. It was added by default to the bill, which is against government guidelines. As per current rules, service charge cannot be imposed without customer consent. 5. I’ve attached both the Zomato bill and the hotel bill for reference. Zomato having 50% off on total bill and 50% also off on hotel bill. 6. As you can clearly see in the hotel bill, the service charge is added by default, which is not acceptable. 7. Only one waiter was available to handle all customers, which led to very slow service. 8.Service charge, When I raised this with the manager, he said it's mentioned in the menu card and is part of their default billing. 9. Large fennel is not available in hotel. I hope the management looks into this and improves both service quality and billing practices. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
