Our visit to Intactu was extremely underwhelming and frustrating.First, the “drinks on the house” offer mentioned on Zomato turned out to be misleading. Once we arrived, we were told it only applied to select alcohol, which wasn’t clarified anywhere beforehand. We’ve visited other restaurants with similar promotions, and none had such confusing or restrictive terms.Then came the pricing issue. The menu displayed items at ₹699 with “50% off,” clearly suggesting we’d pay ₹350. But on the bill, we were charged the full ₹699. When questioned, the staff casually said either Zomato’s discount works or their in-house one — not both. And if we opt for their in-house discount, we suddenly have to pay for the supposedly “free” drinks too! It felt deceptive and dishonest. Their defense? “Please read the T&Cs.” If you have so many caveats, maybe don’t advertise misleading offers upfront.To top it off, the DJ and music were a complete letdown. It felt like an old CD was just playing on loop — outdated songs, no flow, no crowd engagement. There was no vibe, no energy, just background noise that made the whole place feel dull and lazy.Overall, a disappointing experience with misleading offers, unclear pricing, and a lackluster atmosphere. Definitely not worth the hype.
