I had a very disappointing experience at Infinity Bistro yesterday. I visited with a group of six people around 8:45 PM, and right from the entry, the staff left a bad impression. Their behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional it genuinely felt like they had no idea how to deal with customers. Despite giving them extra tips, the waiters showed no polite behaviour at all. The service was slow, careless, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, they served what they claimed to be “6% alcohol” beer, but it was clearly fake or self-made. It felt like a complete waste of money. Basic facilities are also poorly maintained. There is no proper washroom, no tissue papers, and not even a decent smoking area. Honestly, everything seemed below standard except their music and interior lighting. Overall, I would not recommend Infinity Bistro to anyone. Save your time and money there are far better places to go.
