Fresh ingredients... beautifully presented dishes... a charming ambience... and attentive staff are the hallmarks of Indus Flavour Gurgaon at Aipl Joy Central I'm so happy Indus Flavour is finally in Gurgaon! I know their other outlets and so I was really curious about this new one...And although the bar was set high... I haven't been dissapointed. On the contrary... Interior of this one... stole my heart and I have a feeling it will become my favourite spot for dinner or brunch in this part of town My recent visit to this sleek North Indian spot... where the decor is modern but the spices are so ancient (in a good way )was very pleasant and memorable I've started with paneer tikka, a dish that... dare I say... could make even a carnivore swear off chicken for life. Charred to perfection, was smoky and spicy with just the right amount of "Hey, I'm still mild enough for you, don't worry.."Then came the main event: special Indus Flavour dal makhni and a butter naan... The dal makhni was very rich and creamy... Just the way I like itAnd the naan? Umm... Each bite felt like a warm hug from a gluten God... And although I'm usually "gluten free"... The aroma and taste made me wanna commit a sin... So worth it...Pro tip: Don't skip desserts... They are worth sinning also... I especially loved kulfis... But tried creamy custard from my partner and loved it too So CURRY UP, bring your appetite and prepare to wonder if you can fit one more bite (spoiler: you absolutely can)Highly recommend!
