Extremely disappointed with the Mutton Kosha Basanti Pulao Thali ordered through Zomato—raw meat and substandard rice made the entire experience unacceptable. The food arrived undercooked, posing a serious health risk, and the pulao tasted like low-grade rice artificially colored yellow without any flavor or proper cooking. The mutton kosha was raw inside, chewy, and unsafe to eat, while the basanti pulao resembled third-grade rice dyed yellow rather than the aromatic, saffron-infused dish expected from Bengali cuisine.
