Terrible Experience - Booking Denied Despite Confirmation I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and received a confirmation email with all the details. However, when I arrived at the hotel with my family, they refused to honor the booking, claiming they do not accept reservations from MakeMyTrip. To make matters worse, they were fully booked and refused to provide us with any room, leaving us stranded late at night with no alternative accommodations. This was an extremely distressing experience, especially since I was traveling with my family. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, simply telling us to contact MakeMyTrip for a refund. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you want a reliable and pleasant experience. The food was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the location was convenient as it is situated on the main road of Rishikesh, making transportation easily accessible. The staff was cooperative and provided excellent service. Overall, it is a good place for a comfortable stay. Service: 5
