I must say food was delicious and worth the money.
Packaging was safe.
Must try! ?
1. When the food is wrongly delivered
2. No attempt to change or replace the food dish
3. Money waste
4. Almost 40 minutes delay in calling back and accepting they are wrong
5. The owner/manager says sorry and gets away with not only your money but your trust at 2.30am at night without giving a shitt about your hunger
6. Quite inhumane and not deserving of being a part of hospitality industry
7. Oil spill in pasta packaging (veg mix sauce pasta - also the same order screwed up instead of mushroom pasta)
8. Oil remnants in aglio olio pasta (funny right - refer image)
9. Corn fingers was the only thing delicious
Hence, very, very bad food quality when it comes to merging pastas in oil (cooking for the last 13 years never heard, saw that pasta needs to be swimming in oil). Of course the customer service is (0) ZERO where they don't even read what order to send, and if you register your complaint - all you would be getting is a SORRY .... which could have been comfortable if I would have gotten my dish exchanged at this hour (keeping in mind, it is paid for and because of the restaurants team got it wrongly delivered).
So here you order and then pay just so that you canl have the time of your life being dissappointed.
