The Murg Lasooni Kebab was rich, aromatic, and intensely flavourful, with garlic notes that enhanced the tenderness of the chicken. The Murg Lahori stood out as a true hero dish — bold, well-spiced, and deeply satisfying, reflecting authentic Lahori flavours.For the mains, the Veg Dum Biryani was a masterclass in slow-cooked perfection — fragrant basmati rice layered with perfectly cooked vegetables and subtle spices.
