I've just left the shop with disappointment.First of all, I would like to comment on their so called 'customer friendly pricing' which is definitely not worth the quantity of the food which they give you! I had purchased a non-veg combo from this shop which costed me around INR150. No! I wasn't so dumb to not have read the menu before ordering. I read it twice, and ensured that I wasn't ordering something else. It said 'non veg combo-150 (chicken lollipop, chicken wings, chicken leg, chicken kebab/tikka combo)' Looks fancy right? But is is not! Atleast as far as I'm concerned, it is a gimmick!. A gimmick to convince customers to buy it. Coming back to what had actually happened, he ( the owner of the shop) made me wait for half an hour, while I kept on craving (the food is made infront of the customer). After half an hour, he asked me if I wanted the food to be served now or Iam to take it on parcel. I told him to parcel the food and what happened next was something that really triggered me!!. He handed me over a parcel (I have attached the pic of it below). I was surprised to see the package which was quite smaller than my expectation. I confirmed with him(owner) if this was my package or he had handed me someone else's. He claimed that it was mine. I reconfirmed the order and asked him what all do I get in this 'so called' non veg combo (which I regret to not have asked it before ordering and to have trusted his menu).. he said that since lollipop, wings and kebab was not available at that moment, he had packed me some chicken legs and tikka. Ladies and gentlemen had I been informed before, I would not have bought it. And now, after wasting 30+ minutes in his shop, he wanted me to compromise!Now let me tell you all about the "hygienic environment' where this shop is located.It is literally located on the platform of a busy main road where atleast around 5-10k vehicles including public transport pass by every day! And this shop does not even have something(probably a shutter) to hide itself from the dusts and polluted air from the vehicles exhaust.(you might be wondering why I chose this shop then. I love street food and there wasn't any other street food stall nearby. I must say, the owner of this shop took advantage of this location completely)..I, nonetheless feel bad to have commented too much. Mistakes happen and I know that it is common. But I just want to ensure that no one like me would be disappointed again...I haven't tasted the food yet! I hope it is really worthy to atleast compensate my disappointment..Edit:-I finally reached home to taste it.Unfortunately, it was too salty for me to eat!
