Food - 5 Star. Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani tasted really good and 5 stars for the presentation as well. Good amount of Chicken pieces were present. The masala was apt and appropriate. The aroma of the biryani itself shall make you hog over ;). The sweeten taste of roasted onions was jntact and so was the rice quality. A perfect blend of flavors !
Service - 5 Star. The young entrepreneur of Tawa story, Devangshu considers his customers on priority and I have never had such cordial experience here in zomato with any of the restaurants . Zomato had created a fuss out of my menu and delivered the wrong order. Now the only option I was left with was to keep on chatting with the zomato robo, ask for refund and then again search for another order around 12 midnight. But I tried my luck and made one single call to the owner and to my fortune, he was on his toes from the very moment and went out of his way to sort the matter and ensured that I am not starving. He himself drove his way to my house to deliver the food in person despite the rainy weather and i shall always cherish his gesture and the extra mile he took ! This experience shall be unforgettable and I wish Tawa story all the very best for their future Endeavors. You hold a special corner in my heart ! Wish you greater heights Devangshu! Thank you so much. It has been a pleasure working with you . ???????? You made my day as I was on a single orange the entire day ????

I have order the food from this outlet named as Indian Tawa story. The place have authantic indian flavours in its food. The food taste describes how perfectly it was cooked and the great balance of spices. I tried its veg sabz birgani and that taste yum. It was one of the best birgani, you can have in delhi. Quality of rice, freshness of vegs and the quanity of food was good. The higlight was the way they pack there food in traditional way for deliveries. They pack the birgani in the maktah that give it an extra smokey flavour that add an extra point in it.
