Extremely disappointing service – not worth the experience Had dinner at Indian Grill Room, Gurgaon, and unfortunately the service was pathetic. Water was not served, drinks were not served on time, and repeated requests were simply ignored. Even basic things that should be standard at a restaurant were handled very poorly. The manager, Vikram, and the entire staff seemed completely indifferent to the customers and showed no urgency in addressing the issues. We had to repeatedly remind the staff about basic requirements instead of being served properly. The food may be okay, but good food cannot compensate for such poor and careless service. Definitely expected much better from a place like Indian Grill Room. Very disappointing experience.
