Indian Coffee House – Golden Tower, NIT Raipur continues to be one of those rare places that deliver consistency year after year. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet. The place is well-maintained, simple, and functional — very much in line with the classic Coffee House philosophy. The staff is extremely quick and efficient, orders are taken promptly, and food arrives without unnecessary delays. While the pricing is slightly premium, the quality, portion sizes, and reliability justify it. We ordered the masala dosa, French toast, bread omelette, and cold coffee. The masala dosa was outstanding, just as it has been since my childhood — crisp, well-fermented, perfectly spiced, and incredibly comforting. That familiarity and consistency are what make Indian Coffee House so special. The bread omelette and cold coffee were also very good — simple, basic, and done right, without any unnecessary twists. The only slight let-down was the French toast, which was quite oily and had a strong oil smell, making it less enjoyable than expected. That said, one average dish doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Raipur doesn’t have too many places that match this level of taste consistency, hygiene, and speed of service. Indian Coffee House stands tall because it embraces its basic setup and no-nonsense approach — come in, eat well, and leave satisfied. There’s no attempt to be fancy, just a strong focus on good food served quickly in a hygienic environment. For a place that promises simple food in a clean ambience, Indian Coffee House scores a solid 10/10. It remains one of the most consistent outlets in Raipur when it comes to taste, hygiene, and service quality, and continues to be a dependable favourite.
