Comparatively cleaner and spacious than some of the other Indian Coffee Houses I have been to. The food was decent and I had also ordered a pineapple juice, which was fresh but a bit too sweet for my liking. Loved the book collection displayed on the rack. The service was very good as the waiter was amiable and considerate. Though the building is pretty old the place has been maintained decently. The ICH chain has been a trusted place for our family to go to during any of our journeys as they to uphold a quality that is standard throughout. One thing that sets this particular branch apart from some of the others I have visited is that they offer certain items for additional purchase like passion fruit juice and good quality honey. Returned here and this time has their egg Biriyani, bread omlette, vegetable cutlets, ginger lime, tea and passion fruit juice. I think I like their cutlets better than any other ICH cutlets, and I had asked for extra sauce and I got extra extra sauce all of which I finished. I am I die hard fan of their beetroot laced sauces and cutlets, but what surprised me was the bread omlette!!! It was delectable!! There was a balance of the sweet and savoury and the portion size was just perfect!! Their ginger lime is always a star, but the passion fruit, though overly diluted, was still enjoyable and satisfying. I wish it was slightly thicker.
