I recently visited the Indian Coffee House, hoping for a pleasant experience, but was extremely disappointed. The customer service was appalling. The waiter was not only inattentive but also rude when we asked for assistance. We felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the meal. When we raised concerns about the service, the response was dismissive.
