So those who are visiting Bangalore or New to Bangalore and want to eat a vintage, nostalgic place should go for Airlines Hotel.I visited this place on a weekday for breakfast to avoid crowd.it has two types of seating - one is outside under the shade of trees and the second inside...as it was morning and weather was good we chose outside seating. They serve a lukewarm water with some hearbs before meal, this comes to your table even without asking. They quickly take the order, they might not handover the menu to you(mostly it's the same items ordered by most of the people)but understand it's an old place and not a restaurant or fine dine. Go pick it up yourself.A man quickly came to take the order and got it on our table within 5-7mins...ending our eatables with kesari bhathafter we were finished eating one person came to ask if we were interested in tea or coffee...we asked for coffee without any thought.got the coffee within 2-3 mins and while we were having it, he politely came and suggested - coffee with not taste sweet now that you have had kesari bhath. generally sharing that we should start with sweet, eat savoury and end with coffee.Even while my Mum was having kesari bhath, coffee glass was very close to her hand and this same gentleman came and kept it at a distance to ensure she doesn't spill it.considering the prices and concept I'll be rating this place 4/5Food 4/5 (sambhar was borderline sweet but good)drinks 3.5/5Ambience 4/5Service 4/5Washroom hygiene 3.5/5Parking 4/5 it's one of the few places in Bangalore with a parking space of atleast 20-25 cars but they do charge by hour for the parkingChances of going back 5/5
