WORST CUSTOMER CARE BEHAVIOR..ORDER ID： 6918 I had ordered a cake for my dads birthday after chatting continuously with their executive through their chat facility on their website. I had asked repeatedly whether they could deliver the cake today and they assured me that they would. I placed the order at about 3:05 PM. Since I did not get any update post the order confirmation mail, I called them up at abot 6:30 regarding the status of the order. They sounded surprised on the phone that the order had been taken for today but reassured me that the order would be carried out. After a couple of minutes a guy called me back from the same number saying that the cake that I ordered would not be delivered today and they can replace it with different cake. Now I had gone with this particular site because they had agreed to deliver A CAKE OF MY CHOICE BEFORE MIDNIGHT. I had choices with other sites but they couldnt promise me the same. When I asked the man on the phone why they were taking orders for today and why did they keep reassuring me multiple times when I expressed my doubts, the man talking to me kept cutting my sentences with an attitude of whats done is done and you can cancel the order or wait until tomorrow. My problem here is, he made a mistake he was not aware of until I gave him a call. When I pointed that out, he was extremely rude and would not even let me finish my sentences. When I pointed out his bad behavior and said that I could take action against him, he said and I quote 'AAP PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA HONGE AUR JO CHAHO KARLO. ABHI HUM LOGO KE PAAS BAHOT ORDERS HAI AUR HUMLOG BAHOT BUSY HAI' in an extremely rude tone of voice. I finally had to cancel the order as this guy would just not let me speak on the phone. Never before have I seen anyone have such an attitude about their own mistakes
