Ordered their iconic Patal Bhaji, Vada, and Pav — and instantly understood why Kolhapur folks take this combo so seriously. The bhaji had a spicy twist and a desi attitude — bold, flavorful, and totally unapologetic. The vada was golden, crunchy, and proud of it. And the pav? Soft enough to make you forgive all your past bread experiences. No fancy menus, no mocktails, no nonsense — just good old food with personality.
