This is an okayish hotel with some okayish services. The rooms were large but smelled funny. Pest control wasn't done on time. Not much attempt was made to keep the rooms too clean and sanitized. The breakfast spread was alright, nothing out of the extraordinary. The Wi-Fi was horrible. Absolutely pathetic. People weren't too empathetic - be it at the reception or in the restaurant. Only the person who carried the luggage was really good. The swimming pool was filled with chroline water and for the vastness of this property, the maintenance wasn't that great. The hotel's proximity to Pichola lake is a plus.
