The best place to have chicken samosas which is really good here. Also the hot lemon tea with honey is really refreshing. Even after informing the sugar levels in tea(Half sugar) it was not served as per the requirement. Customer care is not up to the standard being a Government of Tamilnadu undertaking concern. Can be improved far more better. Being a regular customer to the outlet it is happening almost every time in one way or another. Amazing snacks. Tea is superb. The ambience is nice. Prices are excellent for the location. Hygiene is a little questionable as tables are not cleaned or I didn't see any cleaners around. Would want to visit over and over again in my time in Kovai!
