It began quietly, inside the garden of InDa Hotel — just a few tables, some friends, and the idea of creating something honest, simple, and full of life. There was no grand plan, only a wish to make food that felt real and a space that felt like home.
Over time, the café grew, as the garden around it did — naturally, without hurry. The rhythm stayed easy: slow mornings with coffee and sunlight, afternoons that drifted by, dinners shared under the trees. The kitchen never changed its way — fresh, local ingredients, cooked with care, served without show. Smoothie bowls, handmade pasta, pizzas from the oven — food that comforts without trying to impress.
Today, it’s still the same place at heart. A small, green corner where good design meets calm energy, and where every meal carries a bit of the warmth it was built with.

Food is of great qualityand moderately priced. It's understaffed and thus you need to wait long even to place the order. Located in a very conjusted place. Finding a parking will be challenging too. Service: 2
InDa Cafe is one of the most trendy, cozy, and aesthetic spot in Varkala to have breakfast or dinner. Ambiance is nice and green , quite spacious. Food quantity and quality was nice. Location: Kurakkanni, Inda Hotel, 1/153a, Varkala; it is around 8-10 minutes walking distance from North Cliff. We visited twice here:1. Dinner experience- Chicken alfredo Pasta: Here Fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich alfredo sauce made with parmesan cheese and delicious rich and creamy . The use of roasted Chicken enhanced the taste .Creamy Chicken Pizza: It was crispy, gooey and smelling wonderfully, chicken, veggies and herbs are sprinkled on top.Brownie with ice cream: It was super fudgy, moist and chocolaty with crispy edges topped with a scoop of very ordinary vanilla ice cream. Biscoff Cheesecake jar: Very disappointing. 2. They have a very interesting breakfast offer for the people where they are providing unlimited refills of Coffee along with one dish from the breakfast menu.Bacon Benedict: English Muffin topped with poached egg topped with warm, creamy, hollandaise sauce. Crispy bacon has a rich flavor and crisp texture. It was more like a burger served with veg salad.Chicken Benedict: Poached eggs on sourdough toast with grilled chicken, gherkins, mayonnaise & hollandaise sauce . These two items were extremely good to taste but the cold coffee was a disaster. Overall, a recommended café in Varkala to spend time and have some decent food.
