The Hospitality and Over all arrangements of attending the Guests arrived for having Gujrati Thali in "STATTUS" is very very poor. BEING A HOTEL OF THIS STATUS this is not expected. Response of the Hotel Staff is not at all Friendly. No proper arrangements to Write down the names of Guests in waiting and allow them to enter the Restaurant in First cum First Serve basis. It has been observed that Restaurant Team allowing Guests to get inside those who are not at all in waiting. Overall Experience with THE IMPERIAL PALACE is a total let Down.
