Since 2018,I am a regular customer. It's a rough experience from here for the first time. Two days ago I bought a parcel of two chicken biryani and one vegetable fried rice from imperial kitchen but that chicken biryani's smelled very bad due to that I informed the imperial kitchen and the manager accepted the fault and apologized for that,and told me that they can give me compensation for those two chicken biryani and then two days later when I approached them for the same but they didn't give me any compensation for that. I want to convey this review to all people, When we buy food Imperial kitchen, we should check if it is stale. I made a mistake and I wasn't able to give this information to the food inspector that day. I also have one thing to say to Imperial Kitchen, it doesn't matter if you only increase the price of food, if you can't maintain the quality.
