It was a good experience at sector-51, Gurgaon lmperfecto. The food we ordered like chilli chicken, chicken tikka, dimsums, Kadhai chicken were all on top. Service was also a 10/10 the waiter was extremely well mannered and polite. Yeah it’s true that they were not accepting online payment through Swiggy Zomato but the discount which we were getting through the app they were ready to accept the total discounted price to pay. Yes it’s a wonderful place to go !!! Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

They offer discounted booking on Zomato/Swiggy but when you ask for bill they'll deny the discount and won't accept payment through zomato/Swiggy and claim they have money stuck with both Zomato and Swiggy (which is too harsh to be True). I got the service charge removed coz they took 30 mins to serve our dinner while the place was not even half full and then the rude behaviour of both the server and the manager at the time of bill payment.

I had a very disappointing experience at Imperfecto Patio. The food was terrible – the pizza came with no toppings, fries were served cold, and the paneer tikka tasted bad. After eating, I even started feeling unwell. On top of that, the water bottle which had an MRP of ₹20 was charged at ₹100, and they didn’t even provide normal drinking water. We had gone there for Dandiya, but there was no proper arrangement for water at all. Before visiting, it was mentioned that the entry fee of ₹499 would include snacks, but after reaching, we were told that food would cost an additional ₹500, plus extra for water. This kind of hidden charge is very unprofessional. The staff was also extremely rude and uncooperative. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time. Definitely not recommended.
