Sai Palace Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The warm room tones made the space feel comfortable and inviting. We had a dual twin bed room and even though it wasn’t very large, it was cozy and well arranged. The washroom was clean, neat, and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included in the stay and it was on point, with good options served between 7 to 10 am. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The staff was polite and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location is another big plus, just a two-minute walk from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great comfort, service, and convenience. Highly recommended. Service: 5
