We had high hopes for this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. We asked if we could play some light music at our table—nothing loud or disruptive—just to create a nice atmosphere while we ate. Instead of a simple no or a polite explanation, the staff reacted quite harshly and made a big deal out of it. It became a talking point among other guests, too, which tells you it wasn’t just us who felt the reaction was over the top. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to make us feel welcome—just strict rules with no room for reasonable conversation. Definitely not the kind of vibe you want when going out to enjoy a meal.
