Worthless behaviour of the staff. Illiterate, incompassionate and mannerless staff appointed. I feel this cafe should be closed down if they do not know how to welcome customers and serve them. The food business is a hospitality based industry and business, and if you are not hospitable with people for whom your business runs, I pity you and the best option for you is to close down. Strictly I would never recommend this place to any of my known people. Disgusting experience!!

The so called illusion cafe... first of all I was v.unhappy wd d ambience... n d food was even more disappointing... nachos was more lyk a salad... babycorn was nt at al gd... D spcl pasta was just k... hookah was d bst.. n d service was even worse... my first and last visit... :|
