Food is good. Unfortunate I wasted an evening because I thought that this branch would be just like the CP branch. While the prices are almost the same with a 5-6% variance, the service standard, the ambience and the menu options are not even close to the CP branch. Papad basket is chargeable unlike the other place. My favourite, Dhingri Kofta is not on the menu here. I understand that restaurants have variable offerings depending on the location/regional preferences but then the pricing should also be such. I don’t really care about what I paid but thoroughly disappointed because I expected an experience atleast close to the one I had in CP. If it wasn’t for the delicious Badami Broccoli and the Mathi Chole, it would have been a one-star experience. The Garlic naan wasn’t thin enough, the Paneer Makhani was ordinary. Service was ignorant. It is not a bad restaurant but if compared to it’s counterpart in CP, it doesn’t even come close. Hello, I want to report a very unprofessional experience I had today at Ikk Panjab, Rajouri Garden while collecting a Swiggy order. The restaurant manager was extremely rude to everyone, including Swiggy riders. He delayed the customer’s order for a long time, and when I asked him about it, he spoke to me very disrespectfully. I told him that the customer was calling me repeatedly and waiting for the food, but he still didn’t know whether the order was even prepared or handed over. Instead of resolving the issue, he kept arguing with everyone and even shouted at the watchman outside. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a reputed restaurant. Please escalate this complaint to the restaurant owner or operations head and share their registered contact or email if possible. I am doing swiggy to gain my own upcoming food delivery venture , and today experience it’s very bad Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
