We recently visited Vibe Bar & Grill at Courtyard by Marriott, Hinjewadi for dinner and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. Starting with the ambience, the place is absolutely beautiful and sets the perfect tone for a relaxed evening or even a cozy date night. They have a lovely cabana-style seating area which adds a very romantic and peaceful touch to the whole vibe. Moving on to the food, everything from starters to desserts was spot on. We began with a veg platter and to my surprise I absolutely loved it. The tandoori aloo and paneer were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Genuinely one of the best I’ve had. We also tried the chicken tikka which was equally delicious. In the main course we had laal maas with tandoori roti and the dish was rich, flavorful and well balanced. A special mention to the Cheese Chilli and Masala Naan, a unique recommendation by Mr. Amit, and wow it was a star. I’d go back just to have that again. We also tried their biryani which was nicely done. For desserts, we had the sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream and their version of kulfi falooda. The brownie was indulgent and the kulfi was just right, not overly sweet and very well balanced in flavors and portion. The cocktails were another highlight. Creative, well made and beautifully presented. Watching the bartender work his magic was a treat in itself. A big shoutout to Mr. Amit, the manager, who made sure we were comfortable throughout. He checked in on us a few times, suggested dishes and ensured our evening went perfectly. The staff overall was extremely courteous and attentive which made the whole experience even better. I think I’ll definitely recommend this place for a date night, birthday or anniversary celebration. Or even if you just want to enjoy some great food with top notch service, this place won’t disappoint. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
