I directly go for buying oats for my mother . But they didn't give me . They told me we give oats when the billing section staffs are coming . If the patient is too much hungry what to do . We have to wait for the billing staff. I got bad experience from there . Atleast consider the patient's situation .

I placed an order for food from the restaurant located within the NIMS Hospital premises, as my mother was admitted there. However, even after waiting for an hour, the food was not delivered. Upon contacting the restaurant to inquire about the delay, I was informed that the specific food item I had ordered was currently unavailable. While I understand that such situations may arise, it would have been more appropriate for the restaurant to inform me about the unavailability of the item and provide me with an opportunity to change my order or make alternative arrangements. Considering that this is a hospital food court catering to individuals with various medical conditions, it is crucial for the restaurant to be more responsive and responsible in managing orders and communicating with customers. Its the worst restaurant i have ever seen in my entire life of 32 years.....the price of food is too high that common can afford it ....well it may be noticed by nims management ...otherwise it will become a dark for ur hospital services too...no rating.....
