Too long order time

Thank you for sharing your feedback.Please give feedback on the quality of food not for the time which you receive the order.Also,if you go through the timeline of this order - order was placed at 11:09am and order was delivered at 11:42am so it is 33min (Almost Half an Hour) time, Which is NOT TOO LONG ORDER TIME.Not a single Restaurant in the World assures you to get food in so called LESS TIME in such a Third Party Business Model.So please understand this Business model and give us feedback.Time can be anything - if Rider's vehicle get breakdown then also time will increase.. this is not a parameter to define a restaurant's feedback. We are providing Food, Not Delivery.Anyways, Thank you once again.Regards,Idliplex.
