Very poor and disappointing service! Idlicious seems to be degrading its service standards with every passing day. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to collect my parcel of idli and vada—items that are usually ready and readily available. What made it worse was that the restaurant was almost empty, with only about two tables being served at the time. Despite repeatedly asking for an update on my order, I kept getting the same vague response: “Haan, bas ho gaya” or “Bas 2 minutes.” This lack of accountability and communication is extremely frustrating.
