The well-trained staff reflects the style and character of this place. Enjoyable service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. Here you will pay adequate prices. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was shockingly poor, and the staff was outright disrespectful.Throughout the visit, our server was inattentive and borderline rude, making us feel unwelcome and rushed.When we asked simple questions about the menu, they responded with attitude, as if we were bothering them.It wasn't just one staff member either-it felt like a culture of unprofessionalism. No one seemed interested in providing a decent dining experience. At one point, I witnessed another table being spoken to in a condescending tone as well, so it wasn't an isolated incident.Dining out should be a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, this visit left a bad taste-long before the food even arrived. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values respect and basic hospitality.

My recent visit to Ideal Restaurant was nothing short of frustrating. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order, and during that entire time, the staff showed absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism. What’s worse is that no one even bothered to offer an apology or explanation for the delay.The service was downright careless and disrespectful. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all about the customers or their experience. A restaurant that doesn’t value its guests’ time is not worth visiting.I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. Poor service, poor attitude – totally unacceptable

Delicious food. Had a nice restaurant food after a long time! Especially paneer sabji was really good. Highly recommended.
