Today was the day when I went looking forward to my favourite desserts and beverages at the Ideal Cream Parlour. When I got to the place, I was not impressed and instead embarrassed by what the place had to offer. First off, cold coffee was poured over me twice by the attending staff I understand that accidents happen, but the worst part about the situation was how it was dealt with. There were no sincere attempts for apologies, no try to offer some sort of compensation, and it seemed like customer service indeed was their last priority. It is highly concerning to see how a place with a great stature has ducks to that manner. I can imagine rest of the menu to be fantastic as well but such negligence is something which complains all other factors. I do request the management to address the issue and make sure their staff follows the instructions. This is definitely not a place that I am headed to in the foreseeable future.
