I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. I specifically ordered a chocolate truffle cake, but what I received was something entirely different—both in taste and texture. When I contacted them to point out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it or offering a resolution, they insisted that what they provided was indeed chocolate truffle. It’s incredibly frustrating when a business doesn’t take responsibility for a clear error and tries to justify it instead. As a customer, I expect honesty and accountability—especially when it comes to food orders for special occasions. Sadly, this experience has left a bad taste, quite literally. I won’t be returning or recommending this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
