This place isn't famous enough. Those tiny cookies are I think more addictive than anything i've had before. Its so cute and just the more marvellous thing I've ever had. Great for gifting!

Icing On Top had set up a really pretty stall at The Stylecracker Borough, Mahalaxmi Race Course.
On 23rd and 24th April there was an amalgamation of Fashion and Food at The Stylecracker Borough!

Icing On Top had kept really cute bite sized cookies which were bloody addictive! I could eat like a hundred
