After reaching this place today in the hopes of having some charcoal ice cream we realised that this place is permanently closed. Please update your records at Zomato as it shows open.

Unhygienic place with the service matching the level of food served-b*llsh*t. They did not ask us what size we wanted before making the ice cream. When we said we wanted small they lied about not having a small option in spite of it being right there in the menu. The black range of ice creams we had were so unhealthy that me and my friends got fever and a bit of food poisoning the next day. Overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place if u cared about your health at all.

The place has changed I think, they are operating under the name of icekraft, staff were missing and I doesn't look like a franchisee of icekraft at all, main furniture from the photos are missing too.
