Ice n Spice is a restaurant I have visited many times. The quality and taste of the food are good, but the pricing is unnecessarily high and does not provide the value for money one would expect. One specific incident left me quite disappointed. During one of my visits, I wanted to order Paneer Butter Masala, but the staff advised me against it, saying it would taste sweet. Instead, they suggested a higher-priced dish, which I felt was not a fair practice. This kind of experience was inconvenient and left a bad impression. While the food can be considered good overall, the high prices and such incidents make it hard to justify dining here frequently. If they could offer better value for money and improve their approach toward customer suggestions, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
