I mean nothings wrong with giving 5. I liked the icecream and also the ambience. And the view through the glass window adds to how life can be so different just a few meters ahead . The music made sense . It gave nostalgia. I used to watch about going here .but I am on the other side of the window now (inside)

Poor Experience at Ice Magic, Hanamkonda Visited Ice Magic in Hanamkonda, but it was a letdown. No single seats were available, and I had to stand for 30 minutes. The management was terrible, with no effort to help or communicate. Very disorganized. Won’t recommend until they fix their service.
