order is not sealed when packed in a delivery order through zomato platform. quantity mentioned in the menu ditfers from the actual product received. Unfortunately both the restaurant and zomato platform couldnt help to resolve the damage to the customer. highly advice to reconsider and verify items like milkshakes, added toppings like brownies while ordering from this restaurant as a delivery.

ice packing inserts were missing this time. any longer the ice cream would have started to run. other than that ibaco makes sumptuous ice cream.
