Highly Unsatisfactory Service and Staff Misbehavior - Bill Not Provided Description: "I visited the Ibaco branch located on Vizag Beach Road on [Date - December 12, 2025] at around [Approximate Time - 7:00 PM] to purchase a cake . My experience was extremely disappointing due to the following issues: Issue 1: Bill Not Provided (No Bill): After the order was completed, I was not provided with a printed bill (GST Bill). Providing a bill is mandatory for every customer transaction. Issue 2: Poor Staff Behavior: The staff exhibited a very unprofessional and negative attitude. Their manner of speaking to customers was disrespectful, indicating a clear lack of customer service training and courtesy. Issue 3: Gel Pad Missing: I was also not given a gel pack/pad, which is essential for transporting the ice cream/cake without it melting, despite purchasing a frozen item. This level of poor service and negligence (especially the failure to issue a bill) is highly frustrating for a brand like Ibaco. I urge the management to look into these issues immediately and ensure proper training for the staff at the Beach Road branch."
