My experience at Ibaco was really enjoyable! The ice creams are rich and flavorful, and I loved the variety of toppings and mix-ins. The staff was friendly, the ambiance inviting, and it felt like the perfect place to treat yourself or hang out with friends. Definitely a spot I’d visit again for a sweet indulgence! The best part is we can customize the toppings and flavours

Had a very disappointing experience at the Ibaco Raichur outlet. The store manager seriously lacks basic customer service sense and doesn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. The attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, and it spoiled the entire visit. As a paying and regular customer, I expect at least polite communication but this was the worst experience I’ve had at any Ibaco store. Management should really look into this issue, because such behavior pushes customers away. Definitely not visiting this branch again unless they fix their service standards.
