The great part about the store was the polite staff and their stellar service. I paid the bill, but due to a system issue, I was asked to pay again without any proof of the problem. I offered to leave my contact details to resolve it later, the owner insisted on a double payment and said I’d need to return if I didn’t get a refund. While money isn’t the issue, the lack of a proper solution and the inconvenience caused were unacceptable. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the management. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had fruit bonanza and fig and honey ice creams. It was really good. The service was good. There was no fragrance of ice cream but the atmosphere was good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
