They wont provide proper bills and weigh for cup also...and more importantly inthis modern world they accept only cash i sense some scam is happening inside the shop management needs to audit personally

I recently ordered a 1 kg ice cream cake from your Brookfield branch. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the customer service. After placing the order, I requested a "Happy Birthday" wishes card, but I was informed that it was out of stock and was instead given a generic "Best Wishes" card. This was quite disappointing, especially for a birthday celebration. Previously, I had ordered from your Saravanampatti branch and had a much better experience — the customer service was excellent, and the packaging was perfect. In comparison, the service at the Brookfield branch felt very average. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the customer experience at all your branches.
