Both the owner and the employees are kind and respectful, showing pride in their products and their shop. We were particularly happy with the friendly and welcoming service from Surya, Vanitha, and Yamini! We had delicious ice creams and really enjoyed our time here. There are a lot of flavors to choose from, and the introduction of new flavors constantly makes this place unique. Kids especially love coming here! I also truly appreciate the shop's punctuality. Today, I tried to visit other shops, but they were still closed at 11 AM, despite their mentioned opening times. Timings are crucial in business, and I appreciate that Ibacou opened exactly at 11 AM* Loved it Cremino butterscotch & Belgium Cremino.
