I came for the hot chocolate and it was by far, the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. And I have had some really bad ones. Super unprofessional for the money they charge

Multi-cuisine restaurant. The Mughal entrees are better as compared to other dishes. We arrived late about 11pm so the buffet was closed which we don’t wanted anyways and the individual ordering form menu was open till 11:30pm, which was good for us. We a daal and roti’s as it was late for dinner for my husband and a chicken tandoori tikka for my son. I was ordering a mutton biryani for me but I got confused when the waitress said that the chicken tikka is a ‘large dish’ good for two people and it comes with a naan bread. So I canceled my biryani order but the chicken tikka for just the right size for one person not for two people. Then I had to order after and had to wait for another 30-40 mins to get my food when all in party had already eaten. I ordered Goat Biryabi or Pilaf which was awful I wouldn’t recommend. Little spiced Plain rice with lots of tough meat pieces not delicious at all compared to biryanis that we usually are used it eating. Cocktails are excellent. We ordered two Mojitos and a Shirley temple. Very good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went there to have lunch in peshwari but it was closed so we decided to have lunch in mughal pavilion. It was our biggest mistake. The ambience was no doubt very very fine as its in a 5 star property. The satff was very kind. I ordered atishi murg tikka on the recommendation of person serving there. For the main course , My brother ordered paneer lababdar and i ordered agrawali ghost ki nihari. After 15 min , tikka came and i was not able to even cut it with knife. It was so hard. I even showed it to the server and asked him to convey my message to the chef. The chef came and asked if i want some kebabs in place of tikka. I simple ignored it and asked for the main course. The paneer labadar came along with complimentary dal makhani and raita. The lababdar was like having a canned tomato pury along with paneer. No taste at all. The dal makhani was very much under cooked and the the butter naan was so thick that it was impossible to have full. Veg main course was pathetic. Then came the nihari. I m sure it was not a nihari. The mutton was not even tender enough . However i just ate it half coz i was so hungry. I have had better nihari's everywhere. The rusgullas served along with them were also not upto the mark. The tikka was removed from the bill but i was very very disapponted by the food. Will never visit this restraunt of ITC agra. However will dine in peshwari someday.
